RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and

Returns that do not meet the applicable return conditions may not qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. RETURN METHOD

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For voluntary returns where the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us before returning it. Where we are legally responsible for the issue, reasonable return shipping costs will be handled by us as required by applicable consumer protection law.

Original shipping costs will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

5. NO RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

No additional restocking or handling fee will be deducted from an approved refund solely because an eligible product has been returned.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your product arrives:

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

8. SALE ITEMS

However, this does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products or any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.

9. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, model, or variation, please return the eligible item in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

10. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are an eligible consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.

You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Certain products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from and does not reduce the additional 30-day return policy offered by qvqkx.shop.

11. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account after we issue it.

Where applicable consumer law requires a different refund deadline, the legally required deadline will apply.

12. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS

For voluntary returns under our additional 30-day return policy, original shipping costs are generally not refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

When an eligible consumer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, eligible standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law.

13. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We do not normally issue refunds using a different payment method unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed where appropriate.

14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your cancellation request.

However, if your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow the applicable return procedure after receiving the product.
